These terms govern use of the RevenueViking website and any RevenueViking service you purchase. A written proposal, order form or statement of work may contain additional terms for a specific project. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the service.
RevenueViking provides AI receptionist configuration and lead-capture services for local service businesses. The exact call flow, phone routing, fields captured, delivery method, usage allowance and optional integrations are defined during setup or in a written proposal. Features shown as optional or future are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.
Regular public pricing is $500 for initial setup and $297 per month. The limited founding-client program offers $200 setup, $97 per month for the first three months, and $197 per month for months four through twelve. Post-year-one pricing will be confirmed before renewal. Agreed voice, telephony, messaging, third-party or other infrastructure usage costs may apply, and custom integrations or unusual workflows may require separate fees. The commercial terms that apply to a customer will be stated in the proposal or order they accept.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, approved scripts, service-area rules, escalation instructions and any required third-party account access. You are also responsible for using the service lawfully, including any notice, consent, call-recording, texting, marketing, privacy, professional-licensing or emergency-response requirements that apply to your business and callers.
The AI receptionist is an intake tool. It is not a substitute for emergency services, medical, legal, financial or licensed trade advice. Customers should not configure the agent to give unsafe technical instructions or make commitments that require professional judgment unless an appropriate human-controlled workflow has been approved and tested.
RevenueViking may rely on third-party voice, telephony, hosting, AI, messaging or integration providers. Their availability, pricing and policies may change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of a third-party platform and may need to adjust implementation or pricing if a provider changes materially.
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, jobs, revenue, savings, conversion rate, uptime percentage or response outcome. Calculators, examples and demos are illustrative. Actual results depend on call volume, lead quality, availability, pricing, follow-up, competition and other factors outside our control.
Cancellation, minimum term, refunds and any setup-fee treatment are governed by the written proposal or order accepted for the service. The website does not promise a blanket money-back guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevenueViking will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost business arising from use of the website or service. Any direct-liability cap or additional allocation of risk may be stated in the applicable customer agreement.
