1. Information You Provide

When you contact RevenueViking, request a demo, submit a founding-client application or become a customer, we may receive information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, industry, location, call-volume estimate, the message or requirements you provide, and campaign-attribution parameters included with the application URL.

2. Website Contact Flow

The website contact and demo forms send the information you enter to RevenueViking by email through our hosting provider and configured email service. We use that information to review and respond to your enquiry.

3. Service Data

If you purchase a RevenueViking call-intake service, the configured system may process caller speech and information needed for the agreed workflow, such as caller name, callback number, service address, service request and urgency indicators. The exact data, storage location, retention and third-party providers depend on the customer implementation and should be documented during onboarding.

4. How Information Is Used

We use information to respond to enquiries, demonstrate and deliver the service, configure approved call flows, troubleshoot, provide support, bill for agreed services, secure the service and comply with applicable obligations. We do not claim to sell personal information.

5. Third-Party Providers

RevenueViking may use third-party hosting, telephony, AI, messaging, analytics or integration services when needed for a customer implementation. Information may be processed by those providers according to the selected configuration and their terms. We aim to use only the providers needed for the agreed workflow.

6. Call Recording, Transcription and Notice

Voice-AI implementations can involve real-time speech processing, transcription, summaries or recordings depending on configuration. The required notice or consent varies by jurisdiction and use case. Before launch, the customer and RevenueViking should agree on the configured behavior and appropriate disclosure language. Customers remain responsible for legal requirements specific to their business and callers.

7. Retention and Deletion

We do not publish a universal retention period because storage varies by implementation and provider. Customer onboarding should specify where lead or call data is stored and how long it is needed. You may contact hello@revenueviking.com to ask about data associated with your RevenueViking account or website enquiry.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should limit account access and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through intake flows.

9. Children

RevenueViking is a business-to-business service and is not intended for children.

10. Contact

Privacy questions can be sent to hello@revenueviking.com. This policy may be updated as the service, providers and data practices change.
